Edelman is a home services company in Central Illinois, doing HVAC, plumbing, and electrical work across 9 locations on ServiceTitan. They were This Day's first client. I spent nearly five years inside that operation before starting This Day, so we knew it inside and out from day one.
It wasn't a pilot or a proof of concept. It was a full implementation, built one solution at a time in priority order. Here's a look at what we built.

10 secure, read-only connections into ServiceTitan that let AI tools answer questions from live operational data: jobs, invoices, technicians, memberships, and marketing.
KPI Scorecards
Department scorecards for HVAC, plumbing, and electrical, split by service, maintenance, and sales. Budget vs actual tracking and tech-by-tech leaderboards, delivered to managers on demand.
Internal Knowledge Assistant
An assistant the whole office can ask about processes, pricing, and company standards, so answers stop depending on who happens to be at their desk.
AI Training Program
Custom training that brought office staff and leadership up to speed on using AI day to day, built around their real workflows instead of generic examples.
Dispatch AI
An assistant for the dispatch team that helps prioritize calls and match the right technician to the right job.
