Do I need to be on ServiceTitan?
No. Most of what we've built for home service companies runs on ServiceTitan, which is why we know it so well. If you run on something else, like Jobber, we'll look at what it can connect to before we promise anything.
Can AI really read my ServiceTitan data?
Yes, with your permission. ServiceTitan has an official way for outside tools to connect, and we use it to give AI read-only access to things like jobs, invoices, technicians, and memberships. Your team asks a question in plain English and the answer comes from your real numbers.
Doesn't ServiceTitan already have AI built in?
It has some, and if a ServiceTitan feature already does what you need, we'll tell you to use it. What we build fills the gaps around your own processes, like the report your managers rebuild every week or the follow-ups that fall through the cracks.
What's a good first AI project for a home service company?
Usually the report someone rebuilds by hand every week. Scorecards make a great first project because the data already lives in ServiceTitan and the meeting they feed happens every week anyway. Unsold estimate follow-up is another good one, since that money is already sitting in your system.
Will my techs and CSRs actually use it?
Only if it's built around their day and they're trained on it, so we do both. At Edelman, the team's AI assistant went onto technicians' iPads in the field, and the training was built around their real workflows instead of generic examples.
